Unfortunately, Aerosharp inverters are no longer available or supported in Australia. Have you tried shutting the system down and re-starting it?
If you can see something on the LCD display and/or lights, that suggests that your panels are working fine. Shutting your system down and leaving it for about 15 minutes, then re-starting it sometimes fixes the issue.
